Scan conference badges and QR codes

Switch Plugd to QR and point it at the code on an attendee badge or a digital business card. Plugd reads vCard and MeCard codes straight into a contact, and keeps links so you can open the attendee's profile later.

Read NFC business cards

Switch to NFC and hold the card or tag to the back of your phone. Contact details written to the card are saved into the same event list as your paper cards. NFC needs an Android phone that supports it, with NFC turned on.

Your leads stay yours

Plugd has no account and no cloud copy of your contacts. Leads are stored on your phone until you export them, and card photos go only to the AI provider you choose. Read the privacy policy.

Is Plugd a replacement for event lead retrieval scanners?

For many exhibitors, yes. Plugd captures paper cards, badge QR codes and NFC cards on your own phone, at any event, for free. If a show only exposes attendee data through its own encrypted badge system, you may still need the organiser's device for those badges.

How many leads can I capture?

There is no scan limit. Plugd is free and leads are stored on your phone.

Can several booth staff use it?

Yes. Each person installs Plugd on their own phone and scans under the same event name, then exports. Combine the CSV files before importing them into your CRM.

Does it work with bad venue Wi-Fi?

Yes. Scanning, notes and tagging work offline. Cards are read by AI once you're back online.

Which CRMs does it work with?

Any CRM that imports CSV or Excel, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive.
